Being 100% satisfied with your purchase is our goal and promise to you. Unfortunately we are prevented by law from returning any prescription medications, please see our Prescription Return Policy. On "Over The Counter" medications (except for prescribed over the counter medications) we have a 90 days full refund from the purchase date provided that the item is in the orignal container and is not damaged for resale.
There is no restocking fee except when the item box is damaged that may affect its resale, then a percentage will be taken off depending on the amount. It is the customer responsibility to get the product back to to us. The shipping cost to return the item to Atcostrx is the responsibilty of the customer.
How To Return An Item
Request a RMA # by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, address, phone number and order number. You will recieve a RMA# by email. Please package the item to prevent damage and returned to us by including the RMA# on the outside label addressed to the address below.

Free standard shipping is included for all members of ATCOSTRX Membership Plan who utilized the 90 days supply. The 90 days supply is a great way to get the most savings on your prescription drugs. If you would like to get your prescription faster or use a different mail carrier, please choose the options at checkout.
For non-member purchases, the price is $5.00 on each package. A package can hold up to 6 standard prescription bottles. If you have more than 6, please choose priority mail which has no weight limit for these packages. Standard shipping is done by USPS and usually takes 1-3 business days, so please call in your refills 7-10 days in advance. You can choose to have your prescription medication auto refilled, please check the auto refill box in your profile if you wish to use this service.
